Q: What’s PokeVibez about?

PokeVibez is a registered LLC in the state of Maryland owned by Chris and Andrea. We focus on Pokemon TCG products.

Q: What’s the live-stream about?

We open Pokemon packs/boxes for customers who purchase through the website. We stream the openings on TikTok.

Q: Do you ship the cards after opening?

We ship all orders to buyers 24-48 hours after ending the show. Buyers will receive the order tracking number via email once shipped.

Q: Can you ship my packs/boxes sealed?

Yes, we are happy to ship any product sealed. Please specify “ship sealed” during checkout in the “TikTok Username” field. Please still include your TikTok username as well.

Ex: “@SnoopDogg - Keep sealed”

Q: Do you ship international?

We ship to United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, Mexico, and Malaysia.

Q: How long is the queue? Where am I in the queue?

Please see the Queue here. Also, the iPad displayed on the LIVE auto updates to track orders.

Q: When do you go LIVE?

TikTok LIVEs are every Friday and Sunday night at 7pm EST. We also livestream throughout the week when possible.

Q: Do you run giveaways?

We run giveaway prizes for buyers every single LIVE-stream at the end of the show.

Q: Do you add bonus cards to orders?

All first time buyers will receive a bonus card. This offer is not applicable to pack battle orders. Bonus cards are also given to returning buyers at our discretion.

Q: What’s a pack battle?

A pack battle is a winner-takes-all style game. Each participant will open a pack from a set chosen by the host. The participant who pulls the most expensive hit wins the pack battle. The winner takes all cards pulled from the pack battle.

Q: Can I have the shipping fee refunded if I lose the pack battle?

All participants (except for the winner) will have their shipping fee refunded. The shipping fee will not be refunded if an order included additional products besides the pack battle entry. The shipping fee is also not refunded if the pack battle entry was the only order of the night and the buyer wins the giveaway prize at the end of the live.
